What’s your biggest remaining challenge?

Morale-o-Meter results thus far and my day

I don’t think I’m going to keep Morale-O-Meter up — because there are only so many places I can maintain info and still have a life — but it’s interesting. I think I will keep this type of info up informally in my planner.

I felt great today. Got a lot done. Didn’t start my walking/running training as planned — the track was closed because they were painting — but I did get my bike accoutrements washed off and ready, didn’t find my panniers, did find my gel padded bike shorts and bike shirt with the little pockets in back (what are those FOR anyway?), stocked up on healthy food, and spent hours at the pool (yes, in the water, not lounging, smarty pants). And laundry. Loads of laundry. More laundry than you can imagine. The Mount Everest of laundry. I was active from the time the little ones woke me up at 7:30am (late morning!) until a little while ago (after 10:00pm). I even ate lunch standing up. Phew.

Note to self: I have professionally-fitted walking shoes, but now I need running shoes.

Now I’m going to go Holosync. Entire post on that another time, but it’s mind-altering, I will say.
