Keeping going is the hard part, isn’t it? It’s much more exciting when you first start off, but day in and day out it’s a challenge to stick with it when there are so many temptations and excuses and bad role models out there.

Thanks, Crabby! Yes, the consistency is the trick! I think one thing that is helping me is making small sustainable changes over time rather than redesigning my whole life overnight
