Down 3.9 more pounds: Biggest Loser Blog Edition

Well, down 3.9 more pounds for a total of 9.4 in two weeks!

It’s been downright enjoyable most of the time — definitely low stress. I credit the Lazy Waister’s Triathlon for getting me to exercise 1-1.5 hours per day, which virtually eliminated my stress eating.

I jokingly suggested we do a lazy person’s version of the Great Kindrochit Quadrathlon (which I read about on Diet Girl’s site).

  • Swim 1.5 kilometres across the murky depths of Loch Tay
  • Run 15 miles over seven Munros
  • Kayak 7 miles back down Loch Tay
  • Cycle 34 miles around Loch Tay
  • Slice a watermelon in half with a sword then eat it to stop the clock

Now, that’s somethin’! ;-)
