Down 3.3 more pounds: Biggest Loser Blog Edition
Well, down 3.3 more pounds for a total of 12.7 in three weeks!
- -12.7 since starting Biggest Loser Blog Edition
- -19.5 since starting blog
- -36.5 from highest weight
I don’t feel deprived, I am enjoying (l.o.v.i.n.g.) the exercise I’m doing, and am so motivated.
This week was an extremely difficult week for a number of reasons. I’m glad I didn’t make it worse for myself by stress eating.

Wow. That’s an awesome effort. You know, after a week or so in, I find it hard to keep myself motivated. Not sure what you are doing, but would like to know what you do when you don’t feel like exercising.
I just do it anyway.
I make it easier by doing mostly things I like, but I think I finally realized that sitting around and waiting for motivation wasn’t going to work — I just needed to do it whether I felt like it or not.
I always feel better afterwards, but sometimes getting started just stinks. So I say, OK, I’ll just get ready, OK, I’ll just start, OK, I’ll just do X amount, and then I’m usually good to go.
