What’s your biggest remaining challenge?

Down 3.6: Biggest Loser Blog Edition

Well, down 3.6 more pounds for a total of 15.2 in five weeks!

Easy to do in China — healthy meals and lots of walking. Lots of (bottled) water and tea. No snacks to speak of, very few sodas. A culture of moderation, health, and harmony.
