What’s your biggest remaining challenge?

A miracle has occurred.

I no longer crave Diet Coke. Or soda. Or artificial sweeteners. Or caffeine. It’s been over a week without those things and I didn’t even have a headache. I didn’t even intend to give it up — I just… didn’t have any and didn’t miss it.

No explanation for that one (well maybe one I’ll get into in a later post) — just accepting it and being grateful.

Woot. Soda can add so many calories and diet coke isn’t that much better. Good job.

I noticed the same thing with artifical sweeteners/Diet Coke . . . I used to use equal or splenda in my coffee every morning and drink Diet Coke all day long . . . and was really surprised that I really didn’t miss it when I decided to quit using artifical sweeteners. Caffeine for me is another thing entirely, though . . . don’t talk to me in the morning before I’ve had my latte!

I still have my caffeine in one or two coffees with plain milk a day. I have kept the coffee because I have heard of more benefits lately when consumed in moderation :)

Go for soda water, eternally sugar free. Is there an alternative to tea, i cant stop headaches.
