I don’t have any addictions but I witnessed a major meltdown by hubby this weekend when he ran out of diet mt. dew 😉

Many people have success getting off of soda by taking a dietary supplement made to replace the ingredients in a soda – except no aspartam, no caramel, no Phos. Acid – so your Brain, Teeth and bones will thank you. see

I joke about my Diet Coke addiction, but I have spontaneously lost the taste for it. Annette, I totally understand the meltdown — I used to drink a case of Diet Mountain Dew a day! That was the first good health influence my husband had on me was getting me to quit that 😉

Ha, I am sipping on a diet Coke right now as I stumbled across your blog! I’d love to read an article with more information about that woman… I wonder if she had to go cold turkey. Methadone for soda addicts? Hmm.

I used to drink a lot of Coke, and I got some really insane cravings for it when I would run out. Not just the caffeine… it had to be COKE. Strange.

Besides, you can post your workout stats to twitter or facebook and share your progress so that your
friends can motivate you. In addition, you should research your topic ideas using some kind
of keyword research tool such as Wordtracker.
